About Me

I've spent over fifteen years running businesses, not just building systems for them. That changes how I approach problems. I'm not interested in features for the sake of features, or automation because it sounds impressive. I want to know what's actually slowing you down, what's costing you money, and what would make your life easier if it just worked.

Most of my work lives behind the scenes: the automations that run while you sleep, the integrations that stop you copy-pasting between systems, the workflows that turn chaos into something manageable. It's not glamorous, but it's the stuff that actually moves the needle.

I run Workflow Experts to teach business owners how to build this stuff themselves. Ampware.io is where I productise the tools, they started as things I needed and kept rebuilding, now they are full applications deployed directly inside your CRM. I also own a PT academy and I'm helping launch a wellness centre, so I spend half my time in the same trenches as the people I build for. I'm not theorising about what businesses need. I'm running them.

Fitness & Health

I've been in the Fitness industry over a decade, and love the community and connection that comes with these businesses. I started a PT academy business from the family owned gym I run and I'm the marketing lead for a wellness centre opening in St Albans. Everything from ops to the marketing skills I use elsewhere, and lots in between. It's one thing to build automation systems, it's another to rely on them to put people through your own doors every month.
